Arms and Chest

Start in the up position.
·
Join your thumbs and pointer
fingers together so that the fingers create a triangle.
·
Lower yourself down, bringing your
nose down into the finger triangle.
·
Be sure to keep your back
straight.
·
Raise yourself back up and
continue until your repetition goal is met.
I find this exercise more
strenuous than the basic pushup. Again, I would not recommend children on the
back during this exercise.
