The Praying Turtle

Arms and Chest

 

·         Start in the up position with the derriere up in the air.

·         Join the thumbs and pointer fingers together so that the fingers create a triangle.

·         (optional) Have your child climb on and hang on.  If your child does not feel safe, have them stand on the back of your legs instead of lying on your back.

·         Lower yourself down, bringing the nose down into the finger triangle.

·         Be sure to keep your back straight.

·         Raise yourself back up and continue until your repetition goal is met.
