The Drink

Arms and Chest

 

·         Place your knees on a couch.

·         (optional) Have your child climb on your back and hang on.

·         Lower yourself down, bringing the nose almost to the floor.

·         Raise yourself back up until the arms are straight again.

·         When your repetition goal is met, bring your knees to the floor and have your child crawl off.

 

This is a good exercise for goal setting since the children can actively participate.
