The Single Wing

Arms and Chest

 

·         Place one arm on a chair and the other on the floor.  Be sure to use a sturdy chair.

·         (optional) Have your child climb on your back and hang on.

·         Raise yourself up

·         Lower yourself down so that your arm on the floor creates a 90 degree angle.

·         Once you perform the desired number or repetitions on one side, switch to the other.

·         My son Adam came up with this one.
