The Leaner

Arms and Chest

 

·         (optional) Have your child climb on your back.

·         Place your hands on each side of a doorway. 

·         Move your feet back until you are at a comfortable angle.

·         Come forward between the door frames, making sure to stretch the chest muscles.

·         Push yourself back to the starting position.

·         Continue until your repetition goal is met.

·         You need to find a doorway that you are able to reach both sides without extending your arms too wide.  The doorway also needs to not be too narrow so that you are comfortable coming in between the two frames.
