Arms and Chest

 

·         Lie with your back on the floor.

·         Have your child stand beside you. 

·         Place one hand between his or her shoulder blades and the other on his or her derriere.

·         Have the child lean back and relax.  It is much easier to balance your children if they lay their head back in a relaxed position.

·         Raise your child to the top position.

·         Lower your child back to your chest.

·         Perform as many repetitions as you can.  You might find that you are working one arm a little more than the other.

·         Have your child come around to the other side to even the discrepancy and go again. 

·         I simply stand my child up when done by lowering my hand under the derriere and raising the one under the back.
