Pick up your child and place one
hand under the arm and the other under the derriere.

Be sure to hang on to your child
well with the hand under the arm.

Lower your child, bringing your
arm to a straight position.
·
Raise your child, concentrating on
working the bicep muscle.
·
Switch sides to work both biceps
better.
·
Continue until the desired
repetitions are done.
·
Doing this exercise in front of a
mirror is fun for the child.
