Elevator

Arms

 

·         Pick up your child and place one hand under the arm and the other under the derriere.

·         Be sure to hang on to your child well with the hand under the arm.

·         Lower your child, bringing your arm to a straight position.

·         Raise your child, concentrating on working the bicep muscle.

·         Switch sides to work both biceps better.

·         Continue until the desired repetitions are done.

·         Doing this exercise in front of a mirror is fun for the child.
