Hot Dog

Arms

 

·         Sit on a couch or a chair.

·         Lay a towel on the floor in front of you.

·         Have your child lie on the towel.

·         Bring both ends of the towel together and then roll them up.

·         Roll them so that the fingers will be rolled up into the towel when lifting.

·         Raise your child, trying to concentrate on using the biceps to do the lifting.

·         Lower and go again until your repetition goals are done.

·         My kids fight for turns on this exercise.
