The Windshield Wiper

Arms and Chest

 

·         Lie with your back on the floor.

·         Have your child come from the side and pick him or her up from under the legs.

·         When I do this with my older son, I have him hold his feet.  This seems to help both of us keep our balance.

·         Keep your lower back on the floor.

·         Keeping your arms straight, bring the child over your head so his or her feet almost touch the floor.

·         Return to the starting position and continue until the repetition goal is met.
