Half Rocket

Arms and Shoulders

 

·         Pick up your child and hold him or her under the arms.

·         Raise your child as high as you can.

·         Return your child to the starting position and continue until the repetition goal is achieved.

·         ***Don’t throw your child up in the air.  You can give him or her the sensation of being thrown by lifting up quickly and then coming down quickly.  Be sure to watch your child’s reaction to be sure that he or she enjoys this fast action.
