Kid Pull over

Arms

 

·         Lie with your back to the floor.

·         Have your child stand beside you and then have him or her lean back while you place one hand in the middle of the upper back and the other on the derriere.

·         Lift him or her up over yourself until your arms are straight.

·         Keep your lower back on the floor.

·         Bending your arms, bring your child down to the top of your head.

·         Return your child to the starting position and continue until the repetition goal is met.
