Kid Stretch
Arms
·
Have your child stand in front of
you with arms in the air.

Grab him or her by the hands and
lift as high as you can.
·
Be sure to not jerk your child or
pull on one arm. This is an exercise that I have been advised not to perform
with my youngest because he has looser joints then a typical child.
·
If your child is a little older,
you can have him or her help you by jumping.
·
Return to the starting position
and continue until the repetition goal is met.
