Airplane Squat

This exercise works best with
smaller children.
·
Place one hand under your child’s
chest and the other hand under the outside leg.
·
Squat down, keeping your back as
straight as possible.
·
Raise your child as high as is
comfortable. **Do not throw your child in the air.
·
Lower your child.
·
Continue raising and lowering in a
continuous motion until your repetition goal is achieved.
