Sit up

Stomach

 

·         Lie with your back on the floor.

·         I like to put my toes under the couch keep them from coming up.  You can have one of your children sit on your feet to get them involved.  If you do use one of your children, don’t plan on him or her lasting the whole time.

·         Place your hands beside your head.

·         Raise yourself until your elbows reach your knees.

·         Continue doing sit ups until you reach your repetition goal.
