Stomach and Legs
·
Lie with your back on the floor
and have your child sit on your stomach.

Raise your knees, keeping your
feet off the floor.
·
Keep your lower back on the floor.
·
Grab your child under the legs,
being sure you have a good grip. If you do not feel secure holding your child
this way you can grab them under their arms.
·
Extend your legs, keeping your
feet about six inches off the floor, and lift your child into the air.
·
Bring your legs back to the
straight position and lower your child back to your chest.
·
Continue the exercise until you
reach your repetition goal.
