Stomach – Love Handles (side torso)

 

·         Lift your child onto your shoulders.

·         Lean to the left and hold for a second.

·         Contract your abs while bending.

·         Straighten back up.

·         Lean to the right and hold for a second.

·         Straighten back up and continue until the repetition goal is met.

·         **Do not lean so far that you become overbalanced.
