Helicopter

Stomach – Love Handles (side torso)

 

·         Lift your child up on your shoulders.

·         Sit down on a chair with a low back.

·         Twist your upper body to the left.

·         Contract your abs while bending.

·         Twist back to the right and repeat until repetition goal is met.

·         When done, stand up and set your child down.
