Couch Butt Raises

Stomach

 

·         Lie on your back with your feet on a couch.

·         Have your child sit on your stomach.

·         Raise your derriere off the ground.

·         Lower it to the ground and repeat until repetitions are done.

·         Relax and lower your head for a different workout.

·         (Optional) Make goofy sounds to make it more fun.
