Playground Leg Raises

Stomach

 

·         Go to the playground with your children.

·         Find some bars that are parallel from the ground.  You might have trouble finding this equipment.  I don’t find bars at every playground.

·         Suspend yourself above the ground with your body in a straight position.

·         Raise your legs as high as you can and hold for a few seconds.

·         Lower your legs continuing to suspend yourself.

·         Do as many as you can, then rest and do another set
