Hanging Crossover

Stomach and Side Torso

 

·         Go to the playground with your kids.

·         Find a sturdy bar that can hold you.

·         Hang from the bar.

·         Raise your knees, bringing them over to one side and hold for several seconds.

·         Lower your legs.

·         Raise your knees, bringing them over to the opposite side, and hold for several seconds.

·         Continue until the repetition goal is met.
