Lower Body Exercises

Squat

Legs

 

·         Lift your child up and place him or her on your shoulders.  I find having my child lie across my shoulders much safer than having him or her sit on my shoulders.

·         Bend your knees, lowering yourself toward to the ground and keeping your back straight.

·         Straighten yourself back up and repeat until the desired repetitions are done.

·         Be sure to be in a standing position when you set your child down.
