Lift your child up and place him
or her on your shoulders. I find having my child lie across my shoulders much
safer than having him or her sit on my shoulders.

Bend your knees, lowering yourself
toward to the ground and keeping your back straight.
·
Straighten yourself back up and
repeat until the desired repetitions are done.
·
Be sure to be in a standing
position when you set your child down.
