Side Lunge

Upper Legs

 

·         Hold your smallest child in your arms in front of you.

·         Extend one leg out to one side.

·         Lean sideways, bending your extended leg.

·         Be careful not to extend your front knee past your toes to avoid strain to the knee.

·         Raise yourself back up and repeat.

·         Switch legs and do again until repetition goal is met.
