Reverse Leg Lift

Upper Leg

 

·         Grab a pillow or a couch cushion

·         Lie on the floor with your feet on the couch and your chest on the pillow.

·         Have your child sit on your legs with his or her derriere right on the back of your knees.

·         Straighten your legs, lifting your child.

·         Lower your legs and continue until the repetition goal is met.
