Alternative Living room Motion

If your living room does not have enough space to do the living room motion.  You can come up with some alternate plans.  My son and I have altered it by doing 30 pushups, 30 sit ups, 30 jumping jacks, 5 foot fires & sprawls, and then 10 jack jumps.  This compresses the workout, making the jumping jacks the rest time instead of the jogging.
